The ICT Agency of Sri Lanka (ICTA) initiated Hospital Health Information Management System (HHIMS) was launched at the Dambadeniya Base Hospital on 31st January 2014Coinciding with the upcoming ‘Deyata Kirula’ national exhibition 2014, the inauguration at the Dambadeniya hospital took place under the patronage of Telecommunication and Information Technology Minister Ranjith Siyambalapitiya.
ICTA says that the objective of the introduction of this system at this hospital is to increase ICT facilities in the area in conjunction with ‘Deyata Kirula’. Currently the benefits from the HHIMS are experienced in several hospitals in the island.
With the installation of this system, information about all steps a patient goes through from registration on arrival to leaving the hospital will be automated. While a number will be assigned to the patient on arrival, all services provided to him will be automated under that number. This will greatly facilitate providing treatment to him as well as enable offering an efficient service to the patient especially on his future visits. Thanks to this system, the time spent by the patient from arrival at the hospital to leaving it after receiving treatment will be reduced to about half. In addition when a patient is transferred from one hospital to another, this will facilitate accessing his previous medical reports through the internet. While information about the stock of drugs in the hospital as well as information like particulars about the hospital’s infrastructure facilities will be automated, this will greatly facilitate the administration of hospital services.
The HHIMS stores clinical details of patients treated and is designed for use by clinical staff – details are recorded on the system as they examine the patient. The system enables hospital staff to refer previous clinical records when the patient comes in for treatment. It also enables them to print visit slips or discharge letters for patients, quarterly health statistics and prepare notifications of infectious diseases for the local Medical Officers of Health. The software will thus significantly reduce the need for maintaining paper based records and enable an improved and efficient service to the patient.

මෙරට රජයේ රෝහල් වලට පැමිණෙන රෝගීන්ගේ සෞඛ්ය වාර්ථා පරිගණක ගත කිරීමේ ජාතික වැඩසටහන (HHIMS) අවිස්සාවේල්ල මුලික රෝහල සදහා හදුන්වා දෙනු ලබයි.
ශ්රි ලංකා තොරතුරු හා සන්නිවේදන තාක්ෂණ නියෝජිතායතනය (ICTA) විසින් මෙය ක්රියාවට නංවා තිබේ.
ප්රතිකාර සදහා රෝහලට පැමිණෙන රෝගියෙකු ලියාපදිංචි කිරීමේ සිට ප්රතිකාර ලබා පිටත්ව යනතුරු සියලු කටයුතු වලට අදාළ තොරතුරු මෙසේ පරිගණක ගත කෙරෙනු ඇත. රෝගියෙකු ලියාපදිංචි කිරීමෙන් පසු අංකයක් නිකුත් කෙරෙන අතර ඔහුට ලබා දෙන සියලු සේවාවන්ට අදාළ තොරතුරු එම අංකය යටතේ පරිගණක ගත කෙරේ. මෙමගින් නැවත රෝහලට පැමිණෙන රෝගියාට ප්රතිකාර කිරීමේදී විශාල පහසුවක් මෙන්ම රෝගීයාට පලදායී සේවාවක් ලබා දීමට හැකිවේ.
තවද වැඩිදුර ප්රතිකාර සදහා රෝහලේ සිට වෙනත් රෝහලකට රෝගියා මාරු කිරීමේදී ඔහුගේ පෙර වෛද්ය වාර්ථා අන්තර්ජාලය ඔස්සේ ලබා ගැනීමේ පහසුකමද මෙමගින් සැලසේ.
රෝහල සතුව පවතින ඖෂධ තොග මෙන්ම රෝහලේ යටිතල පහසුකම් ආදී තොරතුරුද මෙහිදී පරිගණක ගත කෙරෙන අතර රෝහල් සේවා පරිපාලනය කිරීමටද මෙමගින් පහසුකම් සැකසේ.
මෙම අවස්ථාවට සහභාගිවු ශ්රී ලංකා තොරතුරු හා සන්නිවේදන තාක්ෂණ නියෝජිතායතනයේ (ICTA) සභාපති මහාචාර්ය පී.ඩබ්ලිව්. ඈපාසිංහ මහතා මෙසේ පැවසීය. අපි අවිස්සාවේල්ල රෝහලටත් ගෙන ආ මේ “රෝහල් සෞඛ්ය තොරතුරු කළමණාකරන පද්ධතිය” නිර්මාණය කිරීමට ප්රථම යෝජනාව අප වෙත ඉදිරිපත් වුයේ වෛද්යවරුන් විසින්මයි. ඒ සඳහා ‘ඉ-ශ්රී ලංකා’ වැඩසටහනේ ‘ඉ-සමාජ’ප්රදානයක් ලබා දීමට අපට පුලුවන් වුනා.
තොරතුරු තාක්ෂණය තුලින් අපේම රටේ පුරවැසියන්ගේ ජිවිතවලට සිදු කල හැකි අර්ථවත්, ඵලදායි බලපෑම සීමා රහිතයි. තොරතුරු තාක්ෂණයේ අපූරත්වයත් එයයි. මේ හේතු නිසාම ඉ- ශ්රී ලංකා වැඩපිළිවෙල තුලින් තව දුරටත් ජාතික සංවර්ධනයට දායක වීමට අප නියෝජිතායතනය කැප වෙලා සිටිනවා.
නියෝජ්ය සෞඛ්ය අමාත්ය ලලිත් දිසානායක සිවිල් ගුවන් සේවා නියෝජ්ය අමාත්ය ගීතාංජන ගුණවර්ධන ශ්රී ලංකා තොරතුරු හා සන්නිවේදන තාක්ෂණ නියෝජිතායතනයේ ප්රධාන විධායක නිලධාරී රෙෂාන් දේවපුර යන මහත්වරුද එම අවස්ථාවට සහභාගි වුහ.මේ වන විට දිවයිනේ රෝහල් 12ක පමණ මෙම වැඩසටහන ක්රියාත්මක වේ.
Google+ like other social networks is a method to talk with consumers in a more personal and authentic manner. Like Facebook advertising, Google+ post ads are an attempt to build visible conversations and earned media. However, Google+ post ads have a clear difference as they do not sit within the Google+ social network itself. Instead these ads/conversations are able to connect across the two million Web sites that are part of the Google Display Network.
